Four of the resident’s rooms are on the ground floor and each room has private access to a bathroom, each bathroom having a bath, shower cubicle, hand-wash basin and WC. The other four resident’s rooms are on the first floor along with a bathroom with bath, shower cubicle, hand-wash basin and WC and a separate WC with hand-wash basin.
Residents are provided with a total average living space, which is in excess of the National Minimum Standards, all residents bedrooms comply with the National Minimum Standards and a range of comfortable, safe and fully accessible shared spaces is provided for shared activities and for private use.
